If you have used more than 15 credits within the 30‑day window, the refund becomes void regardless of how much time remains in the refund period. This policy helps protect against misuse while still offering flexibility for honest users.

• Your reason for the refund
• Proof of purchase
• The email associated with your account

Once we receive your request, we will review your account usage. If your account qualifies based on the criteria above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4) Non‑Refundable Conditions

We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:

• After the 30‑day period
• If more than 15 credits have been used
• For dissatisfaction based on expectations beyond the features provided on our sales page
